As much as we would like to provide you with a list of our happy customers, we cannot due to various reasons, including privacy. It would be counter-productive for a client to pay us to delete a Yelp® review, and then us to post to the world that we deleted it.
Additionally, the client would then become a target for fake reviews.
For these reasons, we cannot release specific customers or businesses we work with/have worked with.

No - Yelp Delete is not affiliated with, part of, partnered with, or endorsed by Yelp®. Said trademarks are only used to reference, identify, and describe this service. All trademarks are the sole property of their respective and rightful trademark holders. We do not receive any special treatment from Yelp® and they will never know that you hired us.
The specific guarantee depends on the service you sign up for (see below).
Simply put: We guarantee to successfully complete your order within the specified time frame or you will receive a full refund for any unsuccessful work.
90-Day Deletion
If we are unable to delete the bad review within 90 days from the time of full payment, you will receive a 100% refund for that review.
30-Day Deletion
If we are unable to delete the bad review within 30 days from the time of full payment, you will receive a 100% refund for that review.
Disappear
If we are unable to make your Yelp® page disappear from the search results for the keyword(s) you selected within 30 days from the time of full payment, you will receive a 100% refund for the disappear service.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a "pay after deletion" plan.
In our beta testing of a "pay after deletion" service, we had over 15% of clients never pay for the reviews we had deleted. Because of this, we require payment within 3 days from the time you place your order.
Once your order is approved, our team gets to work immediately, even if you are choosing to wait up to 3 days to pay. After 3 days, a compounding late fee of 5% per week will be applied to your order.
If you pay to have 10 reviews deleted and we are only able to have 9 deleted, you will be refunded for the 1 review we were unable to have deleted... so it's a win-win situation for you!
